How does PopUp Angels work?

PopUp Angels is a platform that allows businesses to find and rent short term retail spaces.

For retailers, we make it easy for you to find, rent, and set up your pop-up spaces.

For landlords, we provide you with a channel to market your retail spaces to thousands of brands.

What is a pop-up shop?

Pop-up shops are temporary retail spaces. They are usually open for a few days or months. Pop-up shops can be used for many purposes such as launching new concepts, increasing brand awareness, and selling seasonal products.

Are you a real estate agency?

We are not an agent. PopUp Angels is a platform that connects renters with space owners.

How do I register for an account?

You can register for an account by visiting the register page. Registration can be done through Facebook as well by clicking the Facebook icon.

Why can't I log in after registration?

We will send you a confirmation email upon registration. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.

Can I save my searches?

You can save specific properties to your Favorites folder. Simply select the “Add to Favorites” option at each Property’s details page to save that specific property into your Favorites list.

Why should I use PopUp Angels?

There is a lot involved in setting up a pop-up store. From selecting a suitable space and negotiating lease terms, to moving in and running your store. We remain partners with you throughout the whole process so that you can focus on your core business. Plus we don’t charge renters any service fees for renting space through us! So the better question would be, why not use PopUp Angels?

How much do you charge for your services?

There is no fee for you. Our costs are covered by the space that you are renting.

What are the costs of renting space?

The typical rental costs will include the following:

Rental Price – The total rental amount for the duration of your booking.

Other Fees – Some space owners may have other charges such as for cleaning or utilities.

GST – Depending on the landlord, 7% GST may be payable on rental charges.

Security Deposit – A deposit that is refundable at the end of the rental period.

What support does PopUp Angels provide to renters?

We provide you with two things – a platform that allows you to find short term retail spaces easily, and an experienced retail and marketing team that is able to walk you through the whole process of renting and setting up a pop-up store.

We maintain a network of service providers that can assist you in areas such as design, marketing, outfitting, or logistics. We’ll ensure that you get your store up and running in no time.

How do I search for spaces?

You can find spaces by either searching for specific properties at the Find Spaces page or by just browsing through the properties that are already listed there.

How do I make enquiries on specific spaces?

You can submit an enquiry form at the property details page of each specific property.

Listing your space is completely free!

Just contact us with some information on your property and we will do the rest for you.

What support does PopUp Angels provide to space owners?

We are ready to assist you in every step of the process.

Listings – We will create the listings and craft writeups for your space to present it in the best light.

Bookings – Offers, rental agreements, and invoices can be sent through us. We have standard agreements for your use or you can use your own if you’d like.

Marketing – We will market your space through our online as well as off-line channels to ensure that it gets maximum exposure.

How do I change my listing once it has been published?

Just contact us or email us at contactSG@PopUpAngels.com with the changes you need and we will be happy to edit your listing for you.
